It's one guy over here packing up your stuff and processing it so please have a little mercy. US orders are normally shipped within 72 hours but I try to process orders daily. As soon as your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email. Orders are processed via United States Postal Service.
*In the event that you order prints or cards AND a poster, the order will be split into 2 packages. Tubes normally take 1-2 business days longer than flat mailers. If they don't arrive at the same time do not fret, check your tracking number and expect them within the next two business days. If they don't arrive within 2 business days then yeah, something is probably wrong and please contact me. I'll get to the bottom of it and ship another one out.
International orders can take up to 24 business days for delivery unless you are from Italy in which it can take 8 years. Customs has been known to flag packages and this may delay international deliveries. I don't currently have the ability to offer tracking on international packages. Tracking packages puts international orders into registered mail territory and more than quadruples the price/effort needed to ship a package.
18×24 Prints are shipped via USPS inside a rigid kraft tube. The prints are wrapped up with custom 55 Hi's branded paper. All other prints are packaged inside a cellophane wrapping and shipped via USPS First Class Mail inside a flat, stiff fiberboard envelope.
US orders will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the order is packaged and ready for shipment. International orders will receive an email confirmation as soon as the order is packaged and en route.
It is rare that items arrive with any damage but in the event that your order is damaged in transit please get in touch and I will ship out a replacement at no charge. If it is not possible to replace your order a refund will be given.
